"Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou."

"Hotel Alza was located in a great spot. It’s in Gion - close enough to all the great sights you can walk, but far enough away so you’re not trampled leaving the hotel. There is a kombini on the next block, and many many great restaurants. You’re also less than 10 mins walk to the shopping district. The staff were helpful and always available. But they are also discreet. Room ammenities were also thoughtful - face masks, heating eye patches, toe separators. All very considered for a long day on...

"Op het eerste gezicht een prima en ruime kamer. Echter zijn de bedden echt heel hard! Hierdoor hebben we de 5 nachten dat we hier verbleven niet goed geslapen. Daarnaast was het ook nog heel erg warm in de kamer. De airco hangt alleen recht boven het bed, wat het ook niet comfortabel maakt om daaronder te slapen. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Wel kon je (buiten de ontbijttijden om) gebruik maken van de koffie en frisdrank machine."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area in Gion and is easy to get to the subway station. The unit that we had was the standard one bedroom with two double beds and the unit was super clean, modern and spacious! My mom and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Rinn Gion Shirakawa. The amenities that they provided were amazing too, ranging from a water fountain, laundry machines and a microwave and others… super great! I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to travel to Kyoto! "

"As a solo traveller this place exceeded my expectations. The room was very cozy, bathroom very chic and practical and the location was amazing. It’s right at the start of the older cobblestoned dimly lit area and coming home after dinner was really a treat walking the streets. "

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."
