"Hotel has a very good location to get to most of the main attractions of the city walking. It is a budget hotel and it’s reflected in the included breakfast offered at the hotel which isn’t great for people with allergies or food intolerance as they don’t offer many options. Staff is attentive and helpful. The bar is alright but I wouldn’t spend my time drinking there considering how many other cool bars are in the city."

"The room stank of smoke and was not habitable. The rooms look good in the photos but it’s a cheap renovation in reality. I had a young child with me and had to find an alternative hotel as they had no other rooms. The staff were understanding but at 5pm during half term I found myself needing to find a room for the night."

"I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. The waiter agreed that it was badly cooked. Took them 20 mins to cook another steak which was even worse than the original one. Over-cooked and...
