"Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. "Large and clean apartment, not too far from the main city attractions. We arrived by car and parked in front to the property ( maybe luckily) during our staying. The communication before the check in worked properly and the check out was simple. There are some restaurants near the apartment, but if you like to walk, there are lots of options near downtown. We are a family of four and we had a great time there."
