"I absolutely loved how helpful and kind the staff were! Traveling as two young women, I felt taken care of. Anika at the front desk was so kind and helpful- she was accommodating and even helped me book a 4:30am taxi to the airport! "This property was lovely. The apartment was one of the most beautiful that we stayed in in Florence. It had beautiful windows that look over the Arno River. It had a modern kitchen and bathroom but maintained its unique character and charm. It was splendid! The only thing I missed was that there wouldn’t be anyone at reception after two pm.
