"My wife and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at (Cliff Ocean Suite) Apurva Kempinski. James was very helpful and gave clear explanation during checked in at the Cliff Lounge. Everyone (at the restaurant, breakfast lounge, evening cocktail) was eager to help and made our stay pleasant. The Head Chef at Bai Yun was also very friendly. We will definitely stay at Apurva again when we travel to Bali in the future. "

"No buggy car service, if you with child or old parents, better not choose the ocean front suites and above. The service is EXCELLENT, thanks to all the team/staffs of anantara for the best service. Hotel location is Great for the honeymooners who choose stay in the room, but if you want to go out to visit other places, its not really recommend. "
