Every single person there contributed to an atmosphere of calm, care, and total relaxation. It was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. "Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either. "
