"The room is well set up, and had toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body moisturiser). The location is great as well, a short walk to the beach, close to the motorway and an easy walk to Takapuna."

"The room was clean and tidy and the right size for two people. All the staff were good. The breakfast hot/cold buffet had a good selection and was nice. Although our first hot breakfast was cold. We told the restaurant staff and we didn't have another cold breakfast. "

"Did not help with refund or anything in sort when we had a family member passed away so we had to cut our trip short. Other bookings help with this but not the hotel. Will not recommend novotel to any of my friends"

"We had such a great stay here. The room was pretty tiny for 4 of us but it was very comfortable and actually the bathroom was really nice. The place was super clean, they came in and made our beds and gave us fresh towels every day. The breakfast was delightful, the lady who runs the front of house at the breakfast is brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Auckland, there’s loads in a short walk away from the hotel. "

"Staff members were all very helpful and responsive. Great location. Buffet breakfast was a challenge; staff were rushing to keep up with restocking foods. I had to wait forty minutes for an omelet after asking staff four time. When it arrived it was excellent. "

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very friendly and helpful staff, we felt really looked after. We mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room and brought a beautiful dessert up to our room. We will be back for sure 😊"
