Room definitely needs more lighting and storage. No TV service, even after getting assistance to get online. AC unit in the room, unfortunately the last night, failed. "This is THE hotel to stay in in St. Croix. It is right by the ferry to the island that has Christiansted's beach facing the harbor, so it's super easy to get to the island beach. The hotel owns the ferry, so hotel goers get to ride the roughly one-minute boat ride for free. The hotel is recently renovated and gorgeous. "This is no frills (see pictures), but really good value for the cost. The view is gorgeous plus there's a beach and pool for kids. There's a restaurant. I wish it had more items on the menu, but realize that it changes based on the daily catch as well. Food is expensive, but that's true everywhere on the island. "

"Horrible experience. Hotel does not answer their phones and thats the only way to check in. They do not have a traditional front desk. One phone number is disconnected. The others just ring. I was unable to check in and still have not received my refund. "

"The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable."
