"That was one of the best holidays in our lives thanx to Hilton Bali Resort. The staff is so friendly and smiling, it warmed our soles and hearts. The room was beautiful and clean, we had a fantastic ocean view. The food was amazing, I think we put on several kilos during our stay 🙈 We enjoyed pools and the slide, and our children didn’t wanna leave and they already plan the next trip to this hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! ❤️"

"My stay at Desa Potato Head in Bali was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the softest and most comfortable I've ever slept in, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Bali. The food was fantastic throughout the resort, with every meal exceeding my expectations. One of the highlights was spending time on the rooftop, where the sunset views and overall atmosphere created the perfect Bali vibe. The pool area was another standout. The water was comfortable, the space was well maintained, and even during my visit it was easy to find a great place to sit and unwind without feeling crowded. Overall, Desa Potato Head delivered an incredible experience with amazing hospitality, excellent food, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."

"Lovely hotel and family friendly, just very busy! The staff were friendly and always tried to do their best. The rooms could be cleaner and we always had to asked for missing towels, cups, water etc. but once asked for, we would receive it straight away. We avoided eating in the hotel and chocolate hour as it was too manic for us! We chose room service or restaurants outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was excellent. Swimming pools, Kids club and Spa was superb too. Short walk to the beach was great."

"One of our most memorable family vacations with our three adult kids. The villas are impeccably designed, convenient, true to Balinese culture, luxurious in both material and spiritual ways. The staff was absolutely magnificent. Their Balinese hospitality, quiet kindness, and proactive thoughtfulness accompanied by their four seasons signature training made them all stand out in a way we haven’t experienced grace at other four seasons properties we have visited. The amenities were as always signature four seasons and superb. We utilized their variety of beach activities, gym, tennis court and the stunning infinity pool generously. The Telu bar was also special. Overall an impressively relaxing atmosphere and we were so glad to have chosen to stay here at the Jimbaran property."

"I will write a full review of this place both pros and cons. Pros: The property itself is magical - every room, every dining place looks like it’s out of a fairy tail Bedrooms were of very high quality - true luxury Staff are extremely helpful and always attentive Sound therapy and spa facilities are also excellent Cons: Sun lounges are mostly in the shade which given people travel to sunny Bali for a bit of sunshine is a shame Pool water is freezing cold - added to the shaded sun lounges makes it less enjoyable There is only one restaurant on site which makes food choices limited - it would have been better to have a completely different menu every 3 days for some variety But worst of all were the hairy caterpillars - their hairs were everywhere and all guests were itching none stop - which made the stay a bit of a night mare. It was disappointing that staff waited for multiple guests to complain before they took actions to clear the trees and the caterpillars - this should have been done days earlier as soon as the problem became apparent to staff who themselves were itching none stop! When we left we were not sure if the problem was actually fixed as we’re still itching a lot on the last day and were happy to be leaving"
