"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "

"The room was well air conditioned, no bed bugs, roaches, or other bugs. Delicious drinks at the tiki bar and the pool was a lifesaver- very clean and refreshing!"

"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."

"Late check in…room wasn’t ready 6:30 pm. Floor in room was gross. Front desk accused me of stealing and after the fact refuse to have accountability. Zero stars do not recommend. Tried to call and complain Shariece was also very rude(recorded the call). I will never stay here again."

"I was very happy with my stay at the Westin Tampa Bay. My friend and I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and the staff was able to accommodate our request for early check-in. I was only in town for less than 24 hours so getting in early was a big deal to me and helped us a lot. Thank you."

"Free breakfast is not really “breakfast”. Just some bread, fruits, bagels and sausage and eggs that doesn’t look fresh. I saw the server holding a plastic Tupperware with prepared before hand egg omelet with cheese on it. I just ended up having just a coffee. The room and property were good. No airport shuttle is a minus for me."
