"Great service, people, and food"

My experience was absolutely horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was beyond unacceptable. I was charged JMD $5,000 for “incidentals” because the hotel claimed that I had damaged a small bathroom washcloth with my makeup. "The owner was very hospitable and the apartment was very clean and perfect. "

"There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website"

"Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family, and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts. They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you, always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality! Robert"
