"Staff was very professional and courteous especially andre and security guards. Great breakfast would recommend."

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."

"Hosts were very welcoming and offered to help with just about anything you can ask for. Very pleasant stay and would definitely book here again!"

"The property was affordable, with a large, relatively clean pool and a security guard at the gate. However, the buildings, furniture, fixtures and amenities were run down. The Wi-Fi provided no internet access throughout our two-night stay, despite being advertised as an amenity. The host was difficult to reach and became unreachable after the first day, leaving the issue unresolved despite earlier promises of assistance. Additionally, beach access staff advised that each unit had a beach card,...

"I am requesting a refund for my stay at Moonrise Villas in Negril. The accommodations were significantly different from what was represented on Expedia. This is not about the property being older; my concerns are cleanliness, maintenance and basic amenities. We found multiple spiders inside the unit, visible webs/cobwebs, dirty areas and poorly maintained surfaces. The kitchen stove had extensive rust, grime and buildup around and underneath the burners, and the cookware was heavily worn. Most...

"Very quiet and a nice get away from home."

"Finding the location wasn't good, especially at night. Wasn't able to get anyone on the phone to help with the directions."

"Not safe for human life. No water, no ac not clean at all . Waste of time and money Good staff"

"ALL WAS GOOD"

"Great location and reasonable cost based on what is offered."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hip Strip Vibes. The location was just perfect, walking distance to all shops and stores. The host Waidia was an amazing host. very welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained. The house was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was lovely."

"There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website"

"A well maintained guest house with very attentive hosts. Neville and his wife are gems! Definitely will be going back."

"Super clean room with air conditioning! Staff are great , helpful in answering questions. The rocking chairs on the second level balcony made for a perfect, peaceful night watching the sun go down behind the hills of port Antonio 💕. Easy walk to food options and grocery store, and the Knutsford bus station :) I’d stay again if in port Antonio!"

"Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again."
