Be kind and open minded that they are recovering from hurricane Melissa. First glance is a bit rough, but go inside past the construction to learn how nice this place is. I booked this stay for my parents and they were truly pleased. Saw videos and was happy to see how the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently has parking. Love that they enjoyed their stay.

La casa es muy bonita, la habitación asignada me gusto es amplia y agradable, la cama confortable, digna de un buen sueño y descanso. Aunque yo quitaría el techo café de enfrente para tener mejor vista al mar, el desayuno elaborado por Peter, fue muy rico, gracias por atender las sugerencias. Y lo mejor, fue el kayak y el mar muy limpio para nadar. Un inconveniente que me toco fue que están construyendo una cocina y terraza, por lo que tener a los trabajadores y el ruido, pues fue un poco incómodo, pero entendible dado que están muchos lugares reconstruyendo después del paso del huracán Melissa en octubre del 2025, por lo que les deseo toda la mejor de la vibras, para seguir adelante y seguir recibiendo visitantes y dar un excelente servicio. Gracias Jamaica Good Vibes Only y a su gente bonita One Love.

Stayed 4 nights for a family wedding. This is a beautiful property overlooking the ocean. They are still rebuilding after Melissa but lots of progress been made. Mr Peter was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The staff (wayne) was so humble and so helpful. Breakfast was very nice and they went above and beyond to treat us to the most delicious food. We appreciate their support and attentiveness to our group. Will be back in the future

My stay here was nice. Everything was as advertised, nice scenery, clean and spacious rooms. The staff on site were nice and if we needed anything they were available to reach. Would stay again in the future!

Great place on the waterfront

I felt very welcome and looked after here. It was so nice to have a waterfront view and I appreciated great a/c and a streaming tv.

I was very impressed with the humility, friendliness and the unique quality of the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My initial encounter with the shuttle driver, Robert, from the airport which is only 17 mins in heavy traffic; to my first encounter with Peter, the guest house' owner, as well as Tianna, guest house keeper and Wayne, the maintenance worker, gave me the full assurance that I had made the right choice. This guest house is a hidden gem as it is not visible from the street. I savored very moment of my stay from July 25th - 28th! The cleanliness of the rooms and entire property; delicious breakfast; with additional treats of coconut water and sugar cane, which filled me up for the entire day as well as the breath-taking view of the ocean and the cool breeze; and the joy of watching the spectacular sunrise, were enough to make me tell others about this hidden gem and my desire to visit again. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. Multiplied blessings!! Keep up the great service you offer to your guests!! Thank you!!

A in lots of areas/ we had a wonderful time/ great view of Montego Bay, especially at night/ a large dock over the water where you can sit and listen to the waves crashing into the sea wall/ great breakfast on tjyhe patio overlooking the ocean Owner Peter accomidd us on excursions good peaceful vacation

I appreciated the owner, Peter and Jay and their son, they were so nice and I felt so safe. Very quiet, but I’m very nice place to stay for a few days.
