"This hotel is just incredible! Everything about it is top class but none more so than their staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever known. They couldn’t do enough for you, especially the two Ines’. They were an absolute credit to the hotel and you could tell how much they loved working there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and so personable. The location is great, a short walk to most attractions and the shops. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a lovely bonus to have in a city hotel. We ate in their restaurant a few times and that was lovely, Thassia was fab! The guys who greeted us (sorry I didn’t get their names) and took our bags were also so kind. The decor of this hotel is beautiful and modern. I can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Thank you for a great stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!"

"The property has an amazing view but it’s a slight trek to the main shopping areas. I stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved having the view and clean space. The only downside was housekeeping coming into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. It was alarming to come back to see that our room was made up when we did not request it. The cups at the rooftop terrace were also a bit dirty."

"This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at during our Spain and Portugal trip! The views were absolutely stunning! Staff was very helpful! The hotel has an elevator that saves a 10 minute walk down the mountain to the street below! Breakfast was great! Would love to go back and would stay there again! If staying in Porto, this is where you should stay!"

"The best recommendation I can give is that if you are looking for a five-high-quality stay at moderate prices this hotel is perfect for you. I kept asking what did we oay here perfect night, because the rooms was filled with so many good things. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are that perfect mix between hard and soft. The shower, best we have had in two months in Europe. The sink area is very large and filled with so many toiletries we all use. Perfect location for a tourist visiting the city."

"Check-in ok, the guy on duty could have more warmth. Breakfast buffet was good, staff ok. Strange that bottle of water in room has notices everywhere about charging fifteen euro for the bottle if taken away, they need to clean and sterilise the inside of the cap when refilling. Bed, sleep quality all good. The walk up the hill from S.Bento station is tough going."

"This was a great hotel for our 3 night stay in Porto. It was modern hotel which was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had plenty to offer, something for everyone. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us, close to the metro and a 20 minute walk to the river. We would be happy to stay here again."

Dropped us off a short block away with little direction on where to go. Required short hike up a cobblestone block to hotel. If you’ve got bags get a cab"
