"Big apartment located right next to the Cathedral in a fantastic location. Note there is no lift and all the units are located up steep stairs which are difficult with heavy suitcases. Communication regarding late checkin was good. Reception staff was very friendly."

"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. "We only ate at the hotel in tbr evenings. It was two days befote we realised there was suplementary menu for evenings. We were in room 604. This neccessitated travelling from reception to the lifts to get to our room. Its painted black, its dark and poorly lit. Other guests referred to it as the dungeon.
