"We waited for 25 minutes because our room key wasn’t working. Finally got moved to another room and it was a big sofa bed ….that was weird. We were also supposed to get wine tasting vouchers and never got them. We ordered room service at 9am 10:30am came around and nothing ever came.
Would not stay here again…"
