"This property has a lot of potential. It's beautiful. We had to request the coffee maker for our room. The safe instructions were worn off so we couldn't figure it out. Our biggest problem was the restaurant in the evening. They were obviously short staffed. A meal that should have taken an hour at the most was a 2 hour ordeal. With steaks cooked overdone. No I didn't send it back. Our table mates meals were served after ours and her potatoes were cold. When the, waiter was told. Nothing was done to compensate. The weekend brunches were amazing."

"The Hyatt House Santa FE is our hotel in every vist to Mexico City. It is very well manteined, everithing is clean Ths staff is very helpful. And is a great option if you have to go to ABC Santa Fe Hospital. We highly recomend it"
