"The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

Ayant le sommeil léger, il m'était difficile de dormir avec le bruit même en ayant des bouchons dans les oreilles. "Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar.
