"The internet was going in and out, it was frustrating, I called the front desk but they can’t do anything about it. For someone traveling a good internet reception is a must. It’s the first time I encountered something like this at a hotel. Overall, the room was clean and food was good. Just the internet"

"The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. We told the lady at front desk. She tried to look at it. Couldn’t help. Gave us a fan. It was a hot night. The next morning I told the girl at front desk about air conditioner. She didn’t say “I’m sorry that happened” or anything! She just handed me my receipt and didn’t say thank you or smile. Poor front desk service."
