"Surprised how cute it was on the inside. Had great back courtyard with pickleball, bean bag toss, fire pits, and ping pong. Communication was great. Do not go early—there is no front desk. You will get a code at 4:00 to go to room. Right by grocery store, capital and farmers market. I walked there from the Gulch. Very walkable. On bus line too."

No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. "I was bumped from the king bed I paid for and given bunk beds!! No warning. I’m 68 years old. Traveling with my 60 year old sister. They quickly told me it was because I booked with a 3rd party. Would not budge. I paid 379.00 on Expedia. Hotel charged my credit card 575.00!! Do I need to warn people that they are at risk using Expedia??!! I’m a Hilton Honors member. I sure would have just used their website had I known."

"Took a while to check in. There was a group that had kind of taken over the lobby and the hotel. I asked if there was a quiet room towards the end of the hall. I was given the room right next to the elevator. The walls and floors were not sound proof and I could hear the conversations at night (like actually hear what they were saying). Fortunately they got quiet after 11 and it didn't go on all night. We were also charged a pet fee of $30 a dog that I didn't know about when I booked. ...

"We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay."
