"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. "Every staff member with whom I had contact was friendly and obviously committed to customer service!!!!"

"The only thing we didn't like was only Valet parking which was very high, $48 a day. We had no idea about this before checking in. Also, the day we checked out, Valet couldn't find our car keys and said our car wasn't in the system 😩 Finally after looking for 30 mins, the Valet found our car keys! So frustrating!! That's my only complaint about this place!"

"Staff is very helpful and friendly! The location was excellent, within walking distance to Broadway and Vanderbilt University."

"Location was great. Easy walk to Broadway but still close to amenities. Easy for Uber/Taxi pickups. Highly recommend"

"We spent a night at the Joseph during our honeymoon and the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of hotel, walking distance to major attactions and promptness of the valet service was top notch! Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nashville!!"

"No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it"
