"Everything was clean, stayed for 5 nights, house keeping went in our room once the whole time, took our dirty towels but didn’t give us new ones. We had to chase them down every time."

"Pool Was closed and didn’t have anything pre posted online to warn guests. We learned upon arrival and have kid’s that we travel with. The pool is what we booked for and was disappointed it was closed. It was full of debris so they knew they had no plans to open it for the season and should list that to the booking sites and main web site."

"The parking which you have to pay for - $30 a day, was horrible. If you own a truck, camper, long bed, trailer, etc, you won't be able to park there. Their parking is a parking garage at the back of their hotel going up 4 (?) floors. The bends are short and the ceilings are low. Better to stay at the hotel next door- open parking! Also bring extra washcloths because we had to beg to get more than 2 for the 3 of us. Guess we were expected to share. We booked with Expedia (don't recommend...

"Definitely some wear on the building but the bed was comfortable and the air was cold. We did not have any problems. The only issue I had was there is a smoking can on the far entrance and people just stand there and smoke. It smells terrible. They should have an area away from the door for smokers."

"The room was generally clean--but there was a bad odor on the floor I stayed on and the threshold of my room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. Also, there was no screen on my window--so I couldn't open it at night. I think there...
