"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had medical emergency and refused to help me with transferring reservation to someone else or offering any sort of refund or credit. Refused to let me speak to a manager after requesting one multiple times. Said they would honor whatever Expedia agreed to and when Expedia called, they refused to do what they said they would do. "The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"Although I understand wanting to provide a quite stay for everyone, having electronic devices recording sound levels is an uncomfortable feeling. What can they record? They say only decibel ratings but , I dont trust any electronic monitoring. They are monitoring you while you are in your room period. Thats creepy."
