"This location was perfect for my one-night stay. I needed a hotel relatively close to the Pinnacle concert venue on Exchange Place. I was able to walk there and back in 15 or 20 minutes. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and nicely furnished and the staff were accommodating."

"The frint desk person was less than friendly and When we asked to check in early he acted like it was unheard of. Finally after over an hour we asked to see if any rooms were ready and he said he hadn’t checked. Once he checked he found rooms were available. Others had been waiting longer than us. Once in our room we were very happy with the location and amenities. "

"Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready."
