"Not good. The room smelled like cat pee, no lamps, no desk, (eating area) no coffee pot, very dirty. One wall plug near the bed ran off the ceiling lamp circuit so the light had to be on for it to work. The wall plug behind the headboard worked, but it had no cover and the ceiling lamp flickered when plugged in. We're retired, don't look like tweekers cause we're not. So how did we end up with this room?"

"The room was dirty bed covered in hair where there was no cigarette burns, looked liked someone use the towels to wipe themselves. When I asked for a different room they tried to tell me I was going to have to pay more to upgrade my room. Never will stay there again"
