"The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel."

"We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. "As a traveling nurse that visits the area regularly, I have found my new hotel. This is my second time here and everything is great just as the first. Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast selection, not Continental…real food! Staff is courteous and helpful. Not one complaint! 10/10 Best value in the area!!!"

"checked in here with my husband for a night away. hotel was super clean, the staff that checked us in was very nice & the atmosphere was great! location was close to target & other stores. also super close to cracker barrel, which we had planned on going to for breakfast! would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk."
