"The location is very center downtown Good. The room I got in leaked & flooded because problem from upstairs, in the middle of 1.45 am. When I was checked in they gave me a room inside the block with a refrigerator & microwave I had to push it back outside and take 15 minutes & inside the room TV was just formality only & couldn't work. No towel was provided & the lift takes down or up must be waiting for around 10-15 minutes. I'd rather use Airbnb or hotel nearby. Thanks for your perfect...

"The location is great and convenient if you’re using the metro train. Lots of shady people around the property that wants to hustle with you and offer you like things that can get you into serious trouble. "For a good place to stay while entering or leaving the HK Airport, this hotel is great. Do I think it is inexpensive? NO, but it’s really a great hotel to relax at. Clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, very accommodating, big breakfast buffet with omelet station, 2 pools, sauna, and steamroom. Restaurants on the ground floor. Taxis and busses into the city (45 minute journey) just outside the hotel and airport. Busses are cheap. Theres a spa on the premises which is very nice. My wife said it is 😂. They’ve got a really nice exercise room too with all you need, if you’re like me, to just stay fat. We stay at this hotel when passing in or out of HK. We have consistently been more than satisfied with everything. "
