"Clean, quiet, and affordable (for a touristy place like Mackinaw, anyway). I never interacted with any staff - I was emailed a code for the door to my room which worked just fine and when it was time to check out I just left and locked the door again. I give this place 4 stars out of 5 only because my shower drained extremely slowly and I was up to my ankles in water during my shower. Nothing a drain snake can't fix, I'm sure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The first night we were in this motel we had the NOISIEST neighbors upstairs. I couldn't believe how loud they were just walking back and forth and up and down the stairs right outside our room. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room on the second story and the next morning we were moved! Absolutely no issues after that. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend!"

"Very disappointing stay. The breakfast was of poor quality and exactly the same every day, with very little variety. Breakfast was only served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and there was a long queue every morning, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The bathroom door lock in our room was broken. We reported the issue, but despite our complaint, it was never repaired during our stay. This was both inconvenient and concerning. I attempted to cancel my reservation only to be offered a 50% refund per the hotel policy. I decided to try this hotel the first room that they put me in did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress. It just had a flat sheet folded over the top half. They went to bring me a fitted sheet and we noticed there was ants everywhere all over the floor. They moved us to a room...

"Well, I won't recommend room 104 it needs maintenance ASAP. The carpet smells of mildew we asked to swap rooms but the workers are from other areas as this is a seasonal gig. I think they tried their Best, but I feel the shape of our room might just be the standard. The bathroom wasn't really clean to any standard you would expect for a hotel that is charging what we were charged. The tub feels like you could be the one that your foot will fall through(very soft in some places) like they tried...
