"In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!"

"In the heart of old Lisbon, a short walk from the top of a funicular and a lovely lookout, right on the edge of the bairro alto, and a four min walk from a metro stop. Was very grateful for the four escalators to get up from the metro to the station entrance at bairro chiado to largo do chiado. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Made great use of it as a home base for exploring Lisbon with the Lisboa card"

"This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, comfy beds and a great bathtoom with everything you need. The breakfasts were fabulous, served from 8am. We found the hotel to be quite central and the old tram 28 stops right outside.
The staff are very polite and do all they can to help. We had complimentary drinks on arrival. Check in and out was efficient.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Lisbon again. I will recommend to friends who are interested in Lisbon.

"Wonderful place to stay. Brilliant location which was so close to everything we wanted. Train station just at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket too. The hotel is a lovely little boutique hotel with some really quaint touches. Very clean and all staff couldn’t be more helpful. Should I return to Lisbon .. no need to look elsewhere..
