"What a great stay! Lovely, spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. The courtyard, which is heated in winter, is a nice bonus space. Walkable to all major neighborhoods and train or tram stations. "

"The place was okay, but the noise was disruptive. They claimed that the soundproofing windows would take care of it and that the music shouldn't go past "1 or 2am", but—even with earplugs—there was beats and thumping until past 5am. Worst sleep of the trip!"

"Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. In ca. 20 Minuten mit Uber vom Flughafen zum Hotel und fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Jeden Morgen gab es leckere Pastel de Nata und man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen, Müsli, Avocado, Pancakes, Obst und Getränken Kaffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Kakao, Chai Latte, Kurkumamilch, Tee und frischgepressten Säften wählen. "We very much enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was huge ! The staff were amazing . They were always asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything . Very much appreciated the welcome gift ! The location was perfect ! We were happy to find a nice flat area to stay at , some of the other areas appeared quite hilly . Numerous places to eat nearby . Enjoyed the view from the large windows . Would love to stay here again if we return to Lisbon and would most definitely recommend it to...

"Cais Urban Lodge was amazing. It provided the perfect amount of privacy in the sense that it’s not a traditional hotel with a lobby, but with the convenience of managed building.
