"The property is gorgeous but the interior feels old and dusty. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust. The team is very welcoming and the hotel provides an honesty bar and treats for the guests, which was very nice."

The staff was warm, responsive, knowledgeable about what to see and fun to talk to. The TimeOut Market is right across the street - great for food, deserts, even dancing on the two nights we were there. Close to everything in old town and the river. Quiet room and excellent buffet breakfast. Even the art was well selected. Highly recommended this place and we’ll definitely...

"We had a very great stay . The staff was very friendly and receptive . The holey was clean they offered a variety of different snacks tea coffee water during the course of the day. We felt safe and we were walking distance to a lot of high end restaurants and other good places to eat.. Excellent experience overall."

The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. "We loved our studio room at the House on Pink Street. Joanna was very helpful during check in. My hubby and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She gifted us a bottle of wine and cupcakes- such a special treat! The street can be a bit noisy at night do to the restaurants and bars but we were not bothered by it."

"I was not happy with the hotel neighborhood. Parking is extremely difficult. Breakfast area did not look very inviting. Room was clean but did not feel inviting and any food from outside was not allowed in the room. We left the hotel on the same day we checked in. I tried to contact the hotel management for a refund but there was no response."
