The property manager was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, which made our stay extra special. "The property was situated in an area convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. We loved the outside garden for sitting and having a drink after a long day of climbing the wonderful hills of Lisbon. The room was immaculately made up. We would definitely stay here again."

"Close to the things to see in Lisbon. Nice cozy room with everything we needed for a great stay. Didn’t know there are two properties under this brand. Made it difficult for storing our bags until the room was ready. I probably didn’t read the information. Would stay here again for sure."

"Amazing location, easy to walk around and central to taking a taxi or tuktuk to other hilly neighborhoods. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful, really appreciated that."

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"Clean room, great food, and great staff. Rodolfo and Tiago in particular were always friendly and helpful."

"Clean room. Convenient location. Washer/dryer in the room is most appreciated. Iara who helped us to check in the apartment hotel is very helpful and friendly."

"This is truly a palace. The room was very large with a beautiful bathroom and a door from the bedroom to the large closets and bathroom. If one of the occupants wants to get dressed early, this allows the other person not to be disturbed while sleeping. There are plenty of balconies where you can eat outdoors as well as the breakfast room. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The pool outside as well as indoors are beautiful. It is a seven to $10 Uber ride to all the sites. ...

"Quiet, clean room with many amenities in common areas. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the river, and the breakfast."

"We loved our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean. Room was perfect for our 3 day stay while visiting Lisbon. Great location. Amenities all close by within walking distance."

"Hotel is basic, no tv or tea or coffee in room. But tea and coffee next to lifts. And kids don’t watch the tv anyway. Hotel location for great for us for exploring Lisbon and getting train to cascais, which was worth the visit. I would stay here again if in Lisbon"
