"Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was always clean, rooms are nice and bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was relaxing and water pressure great for my thick head of hair. Our room was on floor level by an exit door and people leaving through it at early hours of the night was disruptive. One night someone was in room above us and they sounded like a herd of elephants up there. I would recommend and stay again."

"Would not recommend. Room had toxic black mould inside of it, staff did not take concern seriously and said someone could come clean it the next day. Only once I elevated the conversation and advised we could not stay there was my concern taken more seriously. Other than the location being beautiful, this hotel definitely has had better days. The rooms are dated and the building is in dire need of some renovations (which would probably help keep the mould at bay) Unfortunately this issue...
