"Self service breakfast with lots of choice, teas, coffee machine, fruit, cereals, breads. Lovely clean kitchen and dining area. We had a King Sized bedroom that was very comfortable. Ensuite very clean and shoerr was excellent. Beautiful curtains in bedroom. Instructions for entry etc very clear. Excellently placed for a 15 minute walk into Oxford. Buses from train station as road closed for train bridge work. We had parking behind the property. We would recommend staying here and would...

"Excellent 2 night stay at the Hare and hounds. Such a lovely well presented pub and very nicely decorated rooms, Our room was named "The Flying Duck" and it was perfect. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was amaizing. Breakfast both mornings was fab and fresh Its an easy 20 minute walk into Newbury but if walkings not your thing its a short drive with lots of pay and display parking in the town centre. On the topic of parking loads of free parking in the carpark...
