"Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property and room was pristine. A few minor recommendations I would make to the rooms is putting a rubber seal under shower door to keep water in, raising the shower wand holder to accommodate taller guests, adjusting/limiting the range of overhead shower for allow for targeted waterfall and door closure.

"my daughter arrived at midnight because her flight was delayed. The most gracious and kind staff walked her luggage up to her room as the room had a steep flight of stairs. Room service is open 24 seven exceptional dining options. Five star all the way accommodations and lovely staff. I've already booked a mini stay later this month for my daughter during her break From school in Amsterdam. This is truly a gem of gems. we will be back again & again"
"Stayed four nights at the Hoxton in Amsterdam, Centrum, canal, area. Room was cozy (small) with view of canal. Tall ceiling, modern bathroom. Safe, quiet area near everything. Reception area-lounge full of energetic people. Many guests ate at onsite restaurant, food looked good. "
"Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking garage on premise (although very narrow so requires some advanced driving and parking skills). Overall we had an amazing experience and will come back again. "
"Everything was Spectacular about the Toren! We arrived & were surprised with upgraded rooms, which were large & beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable too. Everyone was friendly & helpful. We had the most delicious cocktails & bites in the bar too. The location is perfect, on a quiet canal street but also close to everywhere we wanted to go.
There are lots of steps in the hotel, so ne careful when booking your room if this is an issue for you.
