"Excellent location within walking distance of Trocedero square, the Eiffel Tower, the metro stop, and the hop on hop off bus stop. Fairly priced, near a grocery store, with a decent breakfast buffet within the property. Very responsive to my requests and a very friendly and helpful staff. About the only thing missing were washcloths, which I hear isn't a thing in Paris."

"Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us"

"das hotel ist sehr schön, das zimmer wie eigentlich immer in paris sehr klein. es war aber jeden tag top gereinigt. das frühstück ist ok, aber nicht wie oft beschrieben top, nur das nötigste, der orangensaft war jeden morgen alle und wurde leider nie nachgefüllt. die damen waren stets mit dem abwasch beschäftigt. nicht gefallen hat mir, bzw. schlecht ist die unmittelbare umgebung des hotels, sehr schmutzig, baustellen und der weg zu eiffelturm, invalides bzw. metro ist nun auch nicht gleich um...

"Beautifully appointed boutique property just steps from the action. The front desk staff & concierge could not have been more helpful. They made multiple dinner bookings for us, delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and maintained the facilities nicely. We had drinks at the bar in the lobby before dinner which was quite nice - and in the middle of a heat wave, the AC was pumping throughout the entire building, which was delightful. We will definitely stay again."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Paris. It is very well located in a lovely, safe area with a lot of amenities nearby. The room was large by Paris standards and was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful, but a special shout out goes to Sevan for his Armenian hospitality."

"I will stay here again for sure! The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, and this hotel was close to everything or just a short train ride away! The rooms were spacious for 2 people and the AC worked without automatic shutoff."
