"Pros: Really like the authentic decor - fits well with the overall ambiance of Bukhara. Definitely a boutique lodging! Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience. "ブハラ観光の拠点、ラビハウズのすぐ近くにある大型高級(?)ホテル。 赤絨毯が敷かれた階段を上り、ホテルに入ると豪華なフロントがあり、ジェントルマンがゆっくり丁寧な英語でチェックイン手続きを進めてくれる。 部屋は広く、海外のホテルでは珍しく歯ブラシがあったり、寝巻きが用意されているため、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊できる。部屋以外には、(利用していないが)プールやunder the moon barなど、リゾートホテルのような施設もある。 また、朝食会場も非常に豪華絢爛。メニューは少ないが、目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれたり、温かいおかずがあったり、朝食としては十分な内容。 ウズベキスタンを再訪することはないかもしれないが、再訪することがあればもう一度宿泊したい。 ※ただ、日本の基準では考えられないトラブルもある。 宿泊中に経験したのは①朝、起きると停電していた、②シャワーを浴びていると急に湯が出なくなった。 あくまでも、ウズベキスタン基準で非常に快適なホテルだと認識していただきたい。"

"We were a family with teenagers visiting from UK. We were very impressed with the Old Bukhara hotel and found it to be one of the best we have stayed on our travels in Uzbekistan. It is spotless and the rooms lovely with good quality bedding etc. The traditional uzbek breakfast was the best we have had too. Staff and management were really accomodating and very helpful. We recommend!! "
