"Hotel was generally fine, but arrived around 6pm to be told room was not ready as they had a group booking and the house keepers were still trying to clean rooms. The check in process took too long with a queue forming and then to have to wait another 30mins for our room was disappointing. Bar staff appeared untrained and didn’t know what a cider was!"

"The hotel is in the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from the Cambridge Colleges and activities such as punting on the cam. The rooms were fairly basic and lacked a fridge or mini-bar. Ice dispensers in the hallways though. Good quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and conditioner in the bathroom. We were on the 4th (top) floor and so shower pressure wasn’t the best. There was effective air conditioning in the room during a heatwave. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality with a great range of foods available and great value. We chose the hotel because they allowed our dog to stay with us. We would stay there again."

"The hotel was a great place to stay as I had a meeting to attend in Cambridge and my wife and I wanted to explore the city a lttle too. The swimming pool, although not that large was lovely and we made good use of it. There was a problem with the TV in the room but that got sorted quickly. Breakfast was great."
