"We had a wonderful one night stay while we were in Toronto. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located many things that are within walking distance. The valet service was nice and they held our bags and car for awhile longer after check out so we could explore the city more. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It looked like some painting but no work was done while we were there so it ended up being a really great deal. Our room was great. There were only two small complaints. The plug on one of the nightstands was not working and the bathroom set up does not allow for much movement when the door is open. "There was a stench after the bathroom was cleaned. Expected a bathtub in the ‘king bedroom’ there was none. Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom because there’s no demarcation for the shower area."
