"The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient."

"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"

"This is a hostel type hotel with no staff. The TV was not clearly operational with unclear picture and half channels not working. We left at 9:30 AM with no staff on site. Not recommended to anyone looking for a hotel with staff or services. Big disappointment. Not at all like the pictures. Stay away!"

"Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"
