"Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. "
