"Great stay overall! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Chinatown , Union Square and the Ferry Building, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The parking garage is a block away, reasonably priced and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The rooms are a little too dated. The room was very stuffy so we had to open Windows and there was no screens. There are not enough Outlets in the room. Also I am 5 ft 2 and it was very difficult for me to climb up into the bed. I know a lot of it has to do with the charm but some updates would make it more comfortable."

"We chose this hotel as it had great reviews and offered free parking. Although a little dated the hotel was great. A 10 minute walk to Pier 39 and close to the Cable Car stops etc. Our room was a little noisy as it overlooked the rear of "Bimbos" so we had to keep the window shut but we had aircon which we needed."
