"Room was clean. Good area about one hour walk to Venice Beach, lots of restaurants/ takeaways in area. Disappointed the swimming pool was not open, I asked a member of staff they said it opens in a few days. A few works/ painting was going on. I only chose this hotel for the pool as some didn’t have a pool."

"The staff was very friendly and helped me find the things I was looking for during my stay. The room was great with a very nice balcony. Great shower in the room. The gym was perfect for a quick workout before my event at the Culver Theater. Before I left the staff helped me ship home an item that was too large to carry on the plane. There is a barista at the front lobby and the rooftop restaurant had a very cool vibe. I would stay here again."

"The staff at this property were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The hotel itself is lovely, and our room was excellent—very spacious and impeccably clean. The only downside was the room's AC unit; the controls were not working as expected, making the room either too hot or too cold. However, when I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout, she graciously compensated us with complimentary breakfast and coffee coupons for the hotel restaurant. "We loved staying at Olivia Hotel so much! We loved everything about the hotel: the convenient, perfect location, lovely, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast, gym, fireplace, coffee machine, bathrobes, filtered water, flowers and scent - everything was perfect! We are from Australia - here there’s always a kettle in hotel rooms though, it might be different in the US. The hotel is almost brand new, it’s just one year old.
