"The staff was very friendly and helped me find the things I was looking for during my stay. The room was great with a very nice balcony. Great shower in the room. The gym was perfect for a quick workout before my event at the Culver Theater. Before I left the staff helped me ship home an item that was too large to carry on the plane. There is a barista at the front lobby and the rooftop restaurant had a very cool vibe. I would stay here again."

"This is an excellent choice for a basic room- the bed and shower were excellent and the staff helpful. The rooms are small and no real amenities, but perfect for a short stay and good sleep! Good value for LA!"

"The hotel exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. (especially Trey) The buffet breakfast had great selections and the wait staff service was very attentive."

"Room was clean. Good area about one hour walk to Venice Beach, lots of restaurants/ takeaways in area. Disappointed the swimming pool was not open, I asked a member of staff they said it opens in a few days. A few works/ painting was going on. I only chose this hotel for the pool as some didn’t have a pool."

"I stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it. Great location. Beautiful, clean, safe neighborhood. Only knock was one of the other guests woke me up one night close to midnight as they went to the wrong room and tried to get in with the wrong code. Never jumped out of bed so fast! But it was an honest mistake."

"We loved staying at Olivia Hotel so much! We loved everything about the hotel: the convenient, perfect location, lovely, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast, gym, fireplace, coffee machine, bathrobes, filtered water, flowers and scent - everything was perfect! We are from Australia - here there’s always a kettle in hotel rooms though, it might be different in the US. The hotel is almost brand new, it’s just one year old. We also loved the cafe and the view across the street - the wonderful...
