"Clean, modern room. Fantastic complementary breakfast with fruit, pastries, yoghurt, etc. The courtyard is simply beautiful. Within walking distance (about 15 mins) from Target, Trader Joes, and a Westfield. Free parking, which seems to be a rarity these days. Free bottles of water available whenever you'd like from reception."

"I travel a lot and go from hotel to hotel. I chose this hotel because it has a pool and it was extremely hot in LA. But when I arrived the pool was getting emptied and the next 2 days there was unbearable noise for pool maintenance (jackhammer all day — see video provided). To the point that I couldn’t work in the room and had to get out for 2 full days during the maintenance hours. I have a lot of work and swapping hotels was not possible for me last minute but I asked for a discount gesture...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is lovely, small, but put together in a way that feels intentional and easy — clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the room has a nice little bathroom. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to many places without worrying about parking or traffic. "Pictures make it look cute and nice. I hate to say this but I would not come back. Walked in to the room smelling like cover up of smoke or not sure how to explain the smell. Also I did not care to look up about parking thinking it was a nice hotel but your car will be parked in back alley which he mentioned they have security but not sure how secure that would be if you have your nice car parked back there."

"Be aware that the LA Hotel Worker Protection Fee and other local taxes will be added to your bill on-site, even if you’ve prepaid through Expedia. I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed."
