"It was a quaint hotel with an excellent location - on the heart of the town with walking distance from the ferry terminal & to the bus stop, and lovely restaurants with peppy night life at the piers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the town and the water. Loved staying here. Don't miss the bakery "Daily Bread" across from the bus stop - their meat pies and salads are unforgettable."

"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

"I hardly ever leave a 5 * review for a property that does not boast 5* accomodation. But this hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was great. Early check in and later check out appreciated. Bed very comfy. Shower good water pressure and lots of hot water. Towels generous and fluffy. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Plunger coffee! Location excellent for sky bus to and from airport as well as cbd and viaduct. Staff just lovely and...
