"Elevator smells like someone died smoking a cigar in it. The hallways are dark and dingy/creepy, the staff couldn't provide extra towels for some reason. Carpets look disgusting. And they kept my 100 flat deposit for no reason. Horrible stay"

"I arrived late, around 2:00 AM, and unfortunately the check-in experience was underwhelming. The receptionist was very quiet and provided little to no information about the hotel, amenities, parking, or general stay details. The parking situation was also unclear, as guests are required to park behind the marketplace area with minimal guidance.
