"Excelente hotel. Localização é excelente, perto de várias redes de metrô, mercados, shoppings e lojas. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. Quartos limpos, banheiro igualmente e cama confortável. Café da manhã bem gostoso, com boas opções de pães, iogurtes, cafés, granola. Além disso, pode-se pegar os cafés e snacks durante o dia todo sem custos. Ótimo quando se chega cansado a noite e pode tomar um cappuccino, suco ou chá e comer um iogurte ou salgadinho. "Luxury accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff and service is welcoming and professional. Rooms have all the amenities you could need: like a mini apartment. The lady who did turn down service brought chocolates and other surprise treats. She was wonderful and kind after my long travels. Beautiful view of the city and a safe, well guarded building. I treasured my stay here and can’t wait to stay again! "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
