"Arrived at the hotel late after a long day of traveling. Check in process was very confusing as they don't just place a hold on funds on your credit card for a security deposit but only accept google or apple pay, which we did not have."

"This is just a great product. Loved the sustainable philosophy and partner products as well as the shared spaces. The too was hot during the night despite the fan, but we are having a heatwave and it didn’t spoil our stay. We loved it and will definitely return."

"良かった点： 立地がよかった。Stratford駅から徒歩10分もかからない。目の前にFood shopがあり便利。London stadiumやABBA arenaも徒歩圏内で、これらで過ごす予定があるならとてもおすすめ。 大きなスーツケースを広げられるだけの広い部屋。 枕が複数種類ある。 レインシャワーではなく手で持てるシャワーで足なども洗いやすかった。 暑くて大変な時期に滞在したが、レセプションに冷たい水を置いておいてくれてありがたかった。 悪かった点 Wi-Fiが弱すぎて使い物にならない。"

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. The king sized bed was large and comfortable with high end sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge and had a shower, separate tub, and great lighting. There were robes slippers and nice...

"Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"Full kitchen included with a supermarket across the street. Its not worth paying for breakfast you can make your own much cheaper. They also provide pay washing machines."
