"A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!"

"The property was located perfectly for our stay (event at the Ball Arena). We arrived late and had some options for dinner around the hotel, but we were fine with a selection from the mini deli. Breakfast was fresh, good options and clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! We had to catch a very early flight and Cameron made us coffee! So much appreciated."

"Great pool. Not too crowded. Rooms were clean Very nice staff Nice to have full kitchen. We shopped downstairs at Whole Foods and brought it up to our room. That saved eating out so often!"

"The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants and shops and close to the baseball stadium. The only things that I didn’t like is that they charge $40 per night for parking and the Whole Foods next door has a huge exhaust vent that blows fryer smoke so thick onto the sidewalk that it looks like a cloud and makes the side entrance to the hotel smell like fryer grease. "We had to communicate with the staff about the need for fresh towels, conditioner (there was almost none when we got there). The biggest upset was about the parking - it is $45/day, not for the nights you stayed. We spent 3 nights, but we got charged for 4 days. And I specifically asked about the amount charged when I checked in. There is the option to park on the streets around the hotel, but there were homeless people roaming around."

"Great place hidden gem only thing is navigating to find the unit Rooftop access !! restaurant and brewery and coffee shop right next to it ! Great place I will different rent this place again !! "

"When u reserve a king and get a double queen thats a bad start. There was a tiny parking garage which ad spots for like 12 cars. But signs all over permit required. They certainly offered nothing in regards to parking. However there was a secret garage that only certain people had access too. Its a moderately risky neighborhood with zero help from staff. The housekeeping staff were awesome as well as the man serving breakfast at the bitro and that food was awesome."
