"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I called again. Another 30 minutes passed and still nothing. At that point, I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk myself. A staff member finally provided the blankets, but by then it was already past 1 AM. This whole process significantly disrupted my sleep. If they had...

"Everything maintained well"

"For a higher end hotel, I was disappointed. One wall in the room showed a terrible patchwork; they didn’t provide very many towels; the hallway was hot. I guess you could consider these nit-picky things but other (lower-end) hotels have been better imo."
