"The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I had to get them to move my rooms because the first ones smelled like smoke. The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. You have to reach out to them for days to even get a response. All staff besides the cleaning staff are virtual. Horrible property, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. "

"I left the hotel with a police report…. This hotel was the worst and most unsafe experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in the entire world. After returning from work someone from inside the hotel called my hotel phone multiple times and said he was “coming to get me,” and he “knew what room I was in.” After being called “crazy” by the staff - they realized someone was indeed calling my phone from inside the hotel. They refused to pull the phone logs, refused to change my room - they told me if they wanted me to get the call logs I would need to call the police, so I did. NEVER stay here ! Especially if you’re a woman and alone - it is unsafe and the staff and owner in my opinion do not care about your safety at all!"

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"Room itself was clean, good AC, however the smell of pot was everywhere! Stairwell leading to the room, hallway/landing, etc…hallways and walkway to the lobby reeked of pot… nausiating"

"Sheets were in poor condition. Breakfast was vending machine quality. Front desk service person was not professional. I requested new sheets 3 different times because I was given the wrong size twice to replace the badly worn sheets, and I received no apologies at all from the front desk associate. "
